Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds and exchanges are not offered for a simple change of mind. All queries will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We do offer custom orders for sports teams, businesses, events etc.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we are limited to the UK, but we aim to deliver internationally soon!
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and delivered within 3-7 days of purchase.
Why do orders take so long to process?
Each item is handmade by our very small team and we try to provide you with the best quality possible, so this takes a little longer.
Are sale items refundable?
Unfortunately not. All sale items are final sales and not eligible for a refund.
